I LOOOOVE the fact that you are stacking coins before moving on to debt. It’s a smart move because it will help you to get into any new debt. I love the nails! Then again, I also watch shows like BH&G. . .Love that you are talking about the often not discussed aspects of business with professional and legal advice and the associated fees. There are a lot of t's to cross and i's to dot and that information is usually buried in a lot of legal jargon so people miss it or, worse, avoid it. It is a significant business cost that people often don't think about in the big picture - neither business owner nor consumer!

i’m currently on my own weight loss journey i started at just 2hrs per week of exercise and then worked my way up, now i’m going to the gym and yoga every day i can, i wish you all the luck in the whole world you will accomplish this bc you’ve already done so much! you are beautiful and you can tell from your warmth and good vibes that you’re a good person. if you are ever struggling try meeting with a dietician or nutritionist, i personally see a nutritionist every month but when i started 5 months ago it was weekly then moved to bi weekly visits and so on, i’m not down 80lbs and still shocked that i’ve done it. you’ve got this gorgeous!

Sis, I’m changing up my diet as well. Quarantine and working from home has caused me to gain too much weight! And my knees were starting to bother me! I’m doing a combination of intermittent fasting and low carbs. I had so much success with it before. Good luck on your journey! Weight loss will also reduce your breast size.

Preparing for the holidays is so mind boggling but it’s the best time for family time. I commend you for wanting to lose weight first on your own then doing surgery. I’m no exercise specialist but swimming is a great way to lose weight if you don’t like going to the gym. 🌊

I agree on your weight loss decision. It’s exactly what I am doing, it took me two years to gain this weight so I need to give my body at least that amount of time. As hard and discouraging it is when you only lose 1 or sometimes nothing or it has gone up a pound or two at least you’re making progress so far I have lost 20 pounds since I started my journey in January and it’s not a lot bc I am struggling to go to the gym bc I do not have consistent child care but I have made a plan to change that since most gyms around me do not have childcare available yet due to the whole Covid situation

Girl I feel you when it comes to the weight loss. When I was doing the acv drink, I was losing the weight. But since I stopped I’ve gained back 8-9lbs. I still have a good 50 lbs to lose. WW did work for me but I’m more of a competitive person so doing it with someone gave me motivation. I know I have to do it for me but it’s a struggle when I have no motivation.

i'm in the same place weight wise. the temptation for weight loss surgery is there and both are hard in different ways, but imma try to work it off and manage my diet better first so at the very least if i do get the surgery i have the tools to maintain it. this was a great video, cya in the next one!

i was just about to buy a moterm this week … excited to see what you’re releasing 👀 in the same boat with the weight, i really don’t feel comfortable with surgery but it’s such a struggle … i’m trying nutrisystem rn, it’s expensive (cheaper than surgery tho lol) but they just mail you premade food so no having to worry about cooking as much. Hope you find something that works for you, you’re so disciplined im sure you can reach your goal workout surgery 🙏🏻

I won't come for the nails. You are making the right decision for losing weight. Usually when you make an appointment with a bariatric clinic, they sit you down with a nutritionist and see how much weight you can lose. Then afterwards, they will have you seen by the surgeon. No matter what you choose, you have support here in the community!

Can you talk about your goals of each envelope more? I can see that some of them you went over the goal! So are you updating your goals or are you just putting them there and if you go over then you go over? Because when I reach a goal on an envelope i stop stuffing it!

Because when I reach a goal on an envelope i stop stuffing it! Sounds reasonable. With a fixed expense (auto insurance for example) you reach your gaol when the bill is due. Then the envelope is empty. Auto insurance is $240/6 months. So you stuff $40/month. An unknown expense is a bit more challenging. Medical is an example. You stuff $50/payday, and reach $1000. Once you reach $1000, you may want to call it "maxed-out," and add no more money. That's up to you.

Its 1,000 bills, they fake. We call them "placeholders". I put them inside of my envelopes when I take 1,000 and put it in the bank. So in essence, it "replaces" the 1K so that I don't have so much money in my home
