Lmao bruh the subtitles are accurate ENOUGH. They translated it literally word for word to English but didn’t restructure the words for it to make sense for some bars. Literal translation from Punjabi to English will never make sense because of grammar and Sidhu uses metaphors and slang which also doesn’t translate 100%. They could’ve done better with the translation

It speaks volumes when you can enjoy music from an artist and not understand their lyrics. Like Bad Bunny, Burna Boy(sometimes he speaks Yoruba), Daddy Yankee etc. Sidhu is one of those artists you can vibe to cause his voice was just so booming and beautiful. If a foreign artist has me listening to their songs and got me trying to repeat the lyrics they're goated for that. Hello bro, you are right as the translation is not 100% accurate. I wanted to make it more clear as i found 3-4 big mistakes in this translation. In first paragraph's 1st line, at the very beginning of song where he said, " Ni main Brampton Pompton wang jivaan" Means in Brampton i live a life kinda pompton people (who were sub-tribe algonquian-speaking native American and who also once lived in northern New Jersey). Then the 4th line where you jumped off your chair with excitement when it was written we are like flood. In reality what he says, if it would be translated accurately then it would have made you felt even more hard hitting and drifting with joyful motivation. 3rd line he sung, " Dub nal rugger laggea ya" Means that the rugger is hanged in my holster. Now in 4th line when he said " Te bloodan wali chaal kudey" Means we have a fearless style from death like a blood gang of USA, which was at its peak during 80's and 90's. You might have heard about it bro. Last verses which he speaks not sing just before the song ends. He says that our clothing is always black in colour(we are seen like men in black). Our legacy, guts and domination in music industry is itself speak up louder within our songs. We are among bad people not those good one's. And you can take our bio data (my whole information and way of living actual life) could be gotten or taken from the police station. I must say that you are doing great job bro. your passion about knowing more and more about sidhu moosewala is just next level as you found easily that the translation is going wrong as its not matching the things you heard so far in this song.
