Friends today I am going to share a very interesting recipe which is made from pigeon seeds with stuff potali. You can take it as one pot meal. Yes...it take little nore time to ready this recipe but very tasty...so let's see its ingredients....
For dough
1 cup wheat flour
2 tb spoon jowar flour
1/2 t spoon turmeric powder
1 t spoon red chilly powder
1 t spoon dhaniyajeera powder
1/2 t spoon carom seeds
1-2 tb spoon oil
salt to taste
For stuffing
2 mideum size potatoes
2 green chillies
4-5 garlic cloves
1 inch piece of ginger
salt to taste
1/4 t spoon turmeric powder
1/2 t spoon lemon juice
2 tb spoon chopped coriander leaves
1-1/12 tb spoon oil
1/2 t spoon cumin seeds
8-10 curry leaves
1/4 t spoon asofotedia
For dhokali gravey
1/2 cup pigeon seeds
3-4 tb spoon oil
1/2 t spoon asofotedia
1 tb spoon ginger paste
1 tb spoon garlic paste
1 cup chopped spring onion
2-3 tb spoon peanuts
1 t spoon turmeric powder
2 tb spoon kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tb spoon dhaniyajeera powder
1 tb spoon garam masala powder
1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
2 tb spoon oil
2-3 tb spoon chopped coriander leaves
For garnishing
chopped coriander leaves and spring onion
