12:10 I think they are referring to Shinsengumi. In the event Mama tries to recruit Trickstar to finish their revolution by taking down the student council. One of his ways to do this is by telling Anzu that they are childhood friends, making Anzu feel guilty for not remembering him and theirfor she helps him. Akatsuki and Madara participate in a summer festival, where Mama actively tries to undermine Akatsuki until Kuro calls him out about his lies and ulterior motives. It's a realy good story, it has some funny moments, we learn how Souma joins Akatsuki, get some subtle Keito and Eichi friendship scenes plus we have Subaru, Hokke and Tsumugi for extra humor. Also this is the story where Eichi gets sick for climbing the staircase to the temple.
