Hey! I'm one of the three original founders/creators/brothers of Super Smash Bros. Crusade. We started on the game in 2008 - I never expected that seven years later, people would still be playing the game, nor did I think development would still be going on (not by me - I have not worked on the game in nearly three years). Crusade and Smash flash 2 are definitely the best. I prefer crusade but ssf2 is definitely worth anyones time. The quality and game mechanics that go into that game is just insane. Thumbs Up to mcleodgaming.

Marsh Characters like Fnaf, Sans, Shrek, or even Slenderman should not be in the official. The reason is it's about iconic characters with balanced power. Goku actually fights at full power for hours, so for ssf2 and crusade, he had to be nerfed. There has to be some sort of balance.

Does anyone remember the name of an old Browser based Smash game that had characters like Meta Knight and Sora? What made it really special was the fact that it had a stage builder before the official Smash games (Brawl) had it. It also had a character color changer. It was available before 2008.

I've Never Made A Game Before But, Here Are Some Tips. 1. If You Want To Add New Character Have A Unique Moveset, Don't Take It From Other Fan-Made Games, Take What They Did In Their Game/Flim And Turn That Into An Original Moveset. 2. Assemble A Team Because We All Know Doing Something Yourself Will Leave You In A Hospital For Weeks, Making The Goal Of Releasing The Game You Want Very Hard. Also, Give Sakurai A Special Place In The Credits! 3. Use Necessary Materials For The Game. Flash, Unity, RPG Maker, If It Works, Use It. Because You'll Need It. Pick Wisely For The Game Because That WILL Be Important Later! Alright! I Hope I Helped You With The Development for your game! Good Luck!

I played a fan made smash brothers game on scratch a few years ago, and it was very different. You will be just going from left to right and will be furiously button mashing the attack button when you're close to your enemy. The characters weren't even about video games at all. You could play as demon, lollipop, a bowl of Cheez Doodles with an angry face in the bowl and some more that I don't remember. It was only 1 song used in the game, and it was "Crush 40 - Live And Learn". Do anyone know what game I'm talking about then please tell me, I've wanted to find that game for years!

crusade has most melee techs like DJC characters, wavedash/land and everything else w/o L canceling, IMO its the best option for people who are looking for a smash alternative for an old PC that cant handle smash on dolphin SSF2 is the closest to the original game, but its too much based on brawl, not my style tho, played falcon and marth and all i can say is that this game feels exactly like brawl

Great video! I have one piece of advice though. At some parts of the video it’s really obvious that your actions are not genuine. If that’s the point ( that’s not an insult btw I’m just saying that because it IS a form of comedy. ) then don’t worry about it, but if it’s not then my advice is to relax and not worry about timing when your reactions have to end. I’m not a professional at making videos in the slightest I just wanted to share some advice on what helped me have more fun AND not be nervous while making videos. Plus I have only three subs and you have more than 32,000 than I do so take this with a grain of salt😁. Edit : just realized that this video was made about three years ago. You probably have improved on that by now. Sorry. 😆

That may be true, but if you combine the amazing sprites like Mario and Link with the awful ones like ZSS and Toad, you have clashing artstyles that are not at all pleasant to look at.

Crow Riolu I personally think that SSF2's spritework should be a bit more reminicsent of Sm4sh than Brawl. Fox's sprites are nice, but the black outlines of him kinda make him look awkward. Especially with the fact he's not the biggest character like Falcon or DK.
