1) Hit the shuttle as high as possible and move forward immediately
2) Step out on the right foot and tilt a shuttle, push away and perform che-che to the rear court
3) When reaching the backline the exercise repeats itself. The focus is getting into a flow feeling - no brakes for 8 shuttles
