Notice that at 7:45, the white boy, ShinayaYamada, starts to overpower spikes causing his stamina to go low while the black guy, KokiWatanabe is relaxed and gaining more stamina with balance coordination. We all know that Black Guy knows how to defend his area over the spikes of the opponent, as I can see that maybe Watanabe also noticed the opponent's action so he revenges it with spike side by side just to get the white boy tired almost at the end. Therefore, the white boy caused him to move slowly because of his low stamina.

If y'all think this is too much, y'all don't know nothing about how competitive badminton is. Kids under 10 are put through an intensive stamina training regime (every session : 20 rounds of running 'at least' around a five badminton court wide area and 2000 counts of skipping ropes, you can't cheat either because the skipping ropes have counters). I got yelled at so much and was savaged by the coach in front of other kids during practice. One time I ended up puking, some non-staffed adults in the area consoled me and I decided quit at the end.
