This is honestly one of the best Gorilla enclosures I seen in all of these KZbin videos. Spacious, plenty of stuff to climb on, and naturalistic. I wish more can be like this.

It's what I love about silverback gorillas, they're dossile, majestic, exclusive creatures that keep to their groups and just wanna be left alone. But if provoked agrivated, threatened or crossed in any way or form, they're sooner to tear anyone or anything in half than look at them. Really gotta respect that.

Leopards hunt and kill also silverback gorillas occasionally. They can't rip other strong animals in pieces, it's gross exaggeration. Lions and bears are stronger than gorillas to give some examples. Still gorillas are amazing and need protection in wild. They need certain envoronment to survive and we humans make it smaller all the time.

Badongo has very expressive eyes. All of the Silverbacks and other gorillas here in KZbin look unique and have different type of look in their eyes. Gorillas are unlike other animals. I think they are the cutest among the great apes.

I remember as a child in the 60’s. We went to the Cincinnati zoo. Their gorilla exhibit consisted of 1 gorilla 🦍 in a jail type cell with a cement floor. What sticks out in my mind to this day; was it vomiting. Back in the 90’s I saw a elephant in a cement cell with shackles on its leg. I was thinking; “I will never come here again.” But I was wrong. In the 2000’s it was a have to trip. I saw the same elephant chained to that wall. Cincinnati zoo is Sucks. Indianapolis zoo is great.
