You learn more from technical sparring like the thais do, that's why theses dudes get outclassed in the ring. They think aggression will win them the fight and that rarely happens when you fight top notch competitors.

Do you spar? If so you'd know that as a heavyweight sparring guys lighter than you is effective practice as you're dealing with a different level of speed and timing. And yeah he is one of the best combat athletes in the world so is a fucking "big man" smh

No. They dont show hard sparring on camera usually cuz that stuff isnt viewer friendly Watch the old mayweather all access videos his tshirt in blood from his sparring partners If you're worried about brain damage combat sport isnt the one for you. If you dont train hard in the gym, your opponent will give you that brain damage in the ring. FOH
