As family of the loved who’s headstones were unveiled on the day I can say we were taken back to tears as Badu Island Dancers opened the celebrations. Our Mara family moved many years ago from the Village of Yallawar & Ghost Town on Badu Island to Injinoo then Umagico, Cape York and settled. To see a piece of our birth rite heritage dance and celebrate with us was a moment and feeling we will never forget. Love and respect, Mara, Mairu & Neliman Family

Tombstone opening...do they actually open the tombstone ?

No. It's an unveiling of the tombstones. There's a whole ceremony that involves the In-Laws taking part in getting the gravesite ready for the families to arrive, plus getting food ready plus direct families & extended families dancing. It's a part of our grieving process. It's too extended to explain. This video is but one aspect of the whole ceremony.

Tohjaya sebelum tewas memiliki anak srinarajaya. dangdang gendis kertajaya memiliki keturunan laki-laki dan menikah dengan cucu wanita ken angrok ranggah rajasa sang amurwabumi sehingga memiliki anak jayakatwang/ jayakatyeng/ jayakatong. jayakatwang/ jayakatyeng/ jayakatong menikah dengan sepupunya yaitu turuk bali, jayakatwang/ jayakatyeng/ jayakatong dan turuk bali adalah cucu dari anusapati anusata. Memiliki anak sang ardaraja.
