The 1st game, I think that was not a capturing race. Black can capture 2 stones (at 10,5), White can't connect (at 11,5) because it's self atari😂

yes, around 10:00 if black plays atari white has to give up i don't know why doc didn't play it

@@heartache5742 white capturing the stone at 10,7 is sente against the two black stones cutting off the right-hand white group. If those get captured, black's position collapses

White lives by capturing black's center stones though, which are also short on liberties. Both dragons live and white has a much better position.
