I'm doing Invisalign right now too and about halfway done! Yes it SUCKS at first and is such a hassle planning trips, dinners and drinks while making sure you have enough time to take them out. I do drink white wine occasionally with them in but I make sure to drink water in between so the sugars and acids don't just sit in your trays for too long. It's totally worth it though!!

I’m doing Invisalign currently too. After your hearing your stories I don’t feel so bad about it. I agree with trying to make this process as quick as possible but I only have to do this for 14 weeks and I’m already half way thru. Stick with it. You ladies can do this, it’ll be over before you know it!

I have Invisalign and I do drink with them in. I drink white wine ( not red obviously) and even tea and coffee. It doesn’t go inside somehow and you can also just quickly take them out and rinse them.

last month i finished my Invisalign and the result is amazing :) although i didn't wear it 22 hr a day but it took me more time to finish so my advice to u is to wear it as much as you can if u want to finish fast spicily at knight time

You’ll need to continue to wear a retainer in your sleep after Invisalign. I had invisalign when i was 16 and lost my retainer after the treatment. My teeth have definitely moved back more or less to their original form. If I were young again, I would go for the traditional braces instead of invisalign

Hi! Klaudia, I had Invisalign and my teeth were very similar to yours. I had pretty straight top teeth and crooked bottom teeth due to overcrowding in the center. Not insanely bad but enough to where it bothered me to change. My trays took 9 months and your bottom are more subtle than mine were so hopefully you will get it off sooner than that. Be diligent with wearing the trays and keeping up with the oral hygiene every time you put them back on. I will say, having to floss after every meal for 9 months straight, your oral hygiene improves because it becomes habit to where you feel gross going a day without flossing at night. I would also recommend a permanent cemented retainer behind your teeth for at least the bottom after the trays. You will notice when you finish your last tray and only need to wear the retainer at night, your teeth still shift throughout the day. When I took off the plastic night retainers, my bottom teeth would be perfectly straight in the morning and then in the evening, I saw there was movement which didn’t make it look as perfect. The wire retainer prevents that and I don’t even notice it. Good luck!
