JH can’t do that, he would need consent from mother and birth Cert of baby as he’s not married to the mother!!!, he hasn’t even proven he is the child’s biological father for crying out loud!!, do these writers think we are all stupid, what JH has done is illegal?, he could be anyone claiming to be a child’s father!!!. YD and TK need to get lawyers asap , they need to get a DNA test asap and they need to get a restraining order on JH asap, his behaviour is outrageous!!

How can JH register the baby as his daughter when he doesn't have a marriage license, a birth certificate or a DNA test? By registering a baby on his family register that means he can claim any kid in South Korea as his own. Isn't that kidnapping?

He hasn’t proven legally that the baby is his child, there is no DNA test , he hasn’t been to court, he wasn’t married to YD when the baby was born so there is absolutely no way he would be able to put baby Haneul on his family register under his surname, in fact I doubt he even knows where and when she was born!!. This is absolutely ridiculous he has no birth Cert, no proof he is that baby’s child to be able to go into a government dept and do such a thing. He could be anyone to that baby!!!. YD and TK need to get lawyers fast they need to get a DNA test asap to see if KJ is the “ sperm donor” if he is then get a restraining order because he is out of control with his behaviour. If TK is the baby’s father the problem solved ( I’m praying for this plot twist). Even if TK isn’t he is and will always be Haneuls father.❤❤❤
