i think showcasing your voice is far more important that being a "top star." regardless of which company will earn her more popularity, she should go into one that really fits her musical style. and just to set you straight.. whenever there's a survey on people's favorite groups, 2PM is always up there with Big Bang and SuJu. and 2PM currently has about 10 CFs, which is A LOT more than the majority of the groups you mentioned. so if that's not "top star" for you, i don't know what is.
