Hi; Viewers I have shared my secret recipe of Bel Giri ka halwa today, which is beneficial for joints pain and all other pains in the body. Bel Fruit also called Wood Apple is a good source of many nutrients and is known for all types of pain relief. I especially make this halwa for my mother as she has a lot of backache and joint and bone pain and she likes it so much. Wood Apple grows in winters only and is available in some countries like India and also imported in Pakistan and in Pakistan, it is sailed in Karachi, Rawalpindi, and some other cities.
Wood apple pulp has a sour, funky taste that is delicious with a touch of sugar in desserts, or alternatively, with warm spices for savory dishes. Bael juice contains 140 healthy calories that are good for weight loss fanatics. consuming it post a workout is a better option than going for a market-sold energy drink. Wood apple is highly recommended for people suffering from kidney disorders. Owing to its detoxifying powers, wood apple can protect your kidney from diseases.

Seeds ki waja se b ho sakta hai aur har banday k taste pe depend karta hai. Agar aap ko karwa lagay to gurr daal lain. Wese naturally thora pheeka hota hai.
