TOTALLY! Last year was one of his best and of his most difficult ones as he worked really hard and he got so much hellish backlash because of many things in his life and netzens (even thing that are not true) and he felt like literally trapped and bad..and I think with Bamesis (Bam+génesis), which ia chapter 2 , he is trying to rebel all his struggles and the world and be freer

Omg, the scene in 2:57 gives me chills from how many things BamBam is possibly referencing. This whole scene reminds me of the painting "the Christ In Limbo" (~1575). The scene feels cold and heavy. BamBam's forced his control over everything, like a weighted blanket we are - as the viewers, not his fans cause the fans are the army. They have already realized his dream, his conquest- forced to put on and cannot remove. BamBam travels on the River Styx (the red river that Hades travels guiding the dead to their resting place), leading his army to victory. He gives of George Washington crossing the Delaware River (a piece in American history where GW lead his soliders in the night of 1776 to attack Hessian troops - hired by the British - at Trenton, that helped win the Revolutionary War.) There's a look of steadfast resolve and conviction on BamBam's face. Although the enemy outnumbers him, he has the power of a well-rounded and fully loyal army (the Bammies). The remnants of the old regime lie as a crumbling bust (a statue bust on the upper right side of the screen) of a time long buried, a constant testament of BamBam's conquest. The not subtle placements of BamBam everywhere, symbolizing his takeover, further solidified by the dominating, silver fortness in the top right corner. I think,....I THINK (me) First chapter i think it makes references to a Thai story, believe..deity that is something like "Behind the sucessful is always a spirit looking to drag down it" Is like a doble entity...maybe maybe is about that? Yet i cant put my finger as i can't remeber the exact name...so for me CHAPTER 1 is him forzing himself to be sucessful but being drag down on the shadows and him FORZING extra to overcome it to the point he feels lack of life. Chapter 2 is Bamesis world (Bam+ genesis) where he is trying to Rebel all his previous forced estructures and Reconctruct a new world, freer, with different point of start. And Chapter 3 is the fighting between hisbpast rigid, workaholic, and perfectionist demanding self who looks for sucess and aproval AND his be more chill and just enjoy live and be him even if they point finger

Man I REALLY REALLY thought yall have done GOT7 before. But after checking i was wrong. BamBam was a member of GOT7 along with Jackson Wang. Yall should really check them out. Bamesis is such a cool and epic comeback album!! The concept is so artistic and creative. Bam Bam been looking like a Thai god, a Greek, Epygt god. He is Hades, Thanos, Ares, Nemesis, Ra, Anubis, Set, Moses, Messiah, emperor, solider, angel, devil, alien, Marvel superhero, idol. Every scene of the mv is an work of art, modern renaissance style. I only have to congratulate Bambam for this masterpiece that left me without breathing for a few minutes. What a impeccable scenography, which memorable costumes, and as much as the music has few lyrics, are totally consistent with the images and actions displayed in the 3 phases of the power clash, rap was something worthy of this majestic and epic, which will surely be in the annals of history. ok first of all thank you for reacting to BamBam's mv. The big picture is based on the famous painting called Purgatory so you got that right for the concept. Also if you grew up in the early 2000's then you may also know a song called "Welcome To My Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance it deals with death. So I think this is BamBam's twist on the song.
