That's an oil refinery near SLC, and, we also used to have a Wonder Bread/Hostess Bakery in the middle of Ogden, so it used to smell really good here sometimes too. You remembered the dog food plant but not the bakery? Ogden may not be the best city in the world, but be fair sometimes bro.
