Sea grape is served as some sort of a salad here in our country. It's usually prepared with vinegar, salt, fish sauce, shallots, and tomatoes, and then usually served as side dish together with roast tuna as the main dish. Writing this made me hungry, lol.

Good stuff! When you hire more staff, remember to check "Details" on the staff to see what skills/abilities they will learn! Typically you fire your starting free staff as they aren't very good and you only get room for 4 staff in the kitchen/serving.

That employee you hire, Liu, is actually worth keeping around. He may be cheap, and his special skills are mostly geared towards being a server, but once he levels up and you get better serving staff available (like El Nino), Liu remains really useful to send out to gather ingredients because he has a very high 'procure' stat. I hired both Liu and Raul in the early part of my current game, and while I eventually let Raul go when I found better kitchen staff, I wound up keeping Liu.

The shortfin mako shark that killed you at around the hour and a half mark is probably my least favourite thing that they added to the game in the 1.0. It feels aggressively unfair. Most sharks seem to have two attack patterns in the game: 1) They line up to face you, pause for a moment, and then make a quick dash attack. It's easy enough to swim out of the way and shoot them as they're going past you. 2) If you're far enough above or below them that they can't get an angle to dash at you, they'll do a slow, steady pursuit. This is far more dangerous, because it's impossible to dodge or attack them without getting hurt. All you can do is run away and hope that they fall back into pattern 1. The tiger shark is dangerous, because it will sometimes go into pattern 2 if you get too close to it, even if it's got a good angle to dash at you, which makes it unpredictable. But the mako seems to do this far more often, and it has a *much* faster swimming speed. It can just stay in pursuit mode, doing constant damage to you, and unless you have one of those little underwater scooters to boost your speed, there is literally *nothing* that you can do to keep them from killing you. I pretty much never die to other sharks, but I've yet to find a strategy that lets you engage with these things safely. I won't go near them unless I have both a scooter and an oxygen refill on hand. I've killed a few of them up close, but it always feels like a big risk in a way that even hunting tiger sharks doesn't. They're great money, but honestly I'd suggest avoiding them unless you can pick them off at range with a red sniper rifle.

Enjoying the content, but there are definitely a good bit of dropped frames around the 1 hour mark. Also: If the sound studio in the prospective house would make the property less desirable in general, don't pay extra for it, even if you want it.
