I'd say for that coach gear they should make it so you still get the block buff at 3, but you get increasing buffs at 4-5. Like maybe if you have 4-5 it's a block plus, or 2/3 block tokens.

I truly wish bears bastard beacon runs went better. So far it's been my favorite to run cause I like the added difficulty but sometimes I watch his episodes and straight up feel like it was rigged from the start 😭

FYI I have never been one to play a game over and over with a low chance of success until I finally win one time. DD II with this beacon seems to be one of those games. Worse part is the time investment it takes before disaster tends to strike. All the mini bosses are harder and are more likely to end a run. The other foot is that they are more likely to appear! Tell you what, Baer. I got ya no matter what you want to play. You don't have to keep doing this for me. If you decide you still want to keep at it. I'll see you then, too

I don't think the stagecoach armor and wheel trinkets are so bad. It gives you an extra armor/wheel at the start of each region. Kinda a self repair buff. A lot of them time you can leverage it to avoid repair battles.

You've got this bear you got me into darkest dungeon and the becon got me into the flame virtuine it was so much fun seeing the boss changes and now i just got fragile, killers glow and stigian till i get the flaming coach skin

You should do bastard beacons with a couple rules in mind. No flagilant, No baby shambler, avoid getting a trophy until last region. That way you can minimize chances of sub-bosses.

consider giving pliskin a try, medical gear is easy to obtain (guaranteed in hospitals and chirurgeon). I've done bastard beacon grand slams with it.

I’m surprised so many people dislike the duelist. I know she’s not the strongest compared to other characters, but she’s probably my favorite out of the whole roster.

Seems to be the fact that she's a lot more complex than other characters, since her stances can mean she technically kinda has multiple moves in each slot and keeping track of what she's doing every instant is more work than some heroes with super simple yet super effective kits (looking at you Flagellant). She is really fun though, I haven't dabbled with her support skills much yet since I finished her Grand Slam with a focus on damage and riposte (Fleche-Meditation-Feint is some sorta ridiculous) and I'm not too keen on risking a character with full memories

Yeah some channels do that but youtube does not like that since the algorithm recognizes that people then only watch those vids for 60% and 'punishes' the creator for it.

Far more excited for Kingdoms. Abom is exactly the last hero I would add. Where’s my houndmaster? Where’s my arbalest/musketeer? Where’s my shield breaker? It’s like every poor decision they could have made while making DD2, they made.
