these are all good choices! I love the oil slick ones especially. congrats on hitting your goal sizeee edit: oh yeah and I'm the same way with plugs vs. tunnels! I always thought I'd only wear plugs but tunnels show off how big the stretch actually is lol

Thank you! I feel like there's a lot more variety in plugs compared to tunnels though.. So many cute ones I can't pass up!

Hello new sub here! I find it funny how now that I am at 3/4" or 20mm I find 0g-00g so small and back when I was at that size it was huge! originally my goal size was 00g and now it might be 1inch or 25mm cute collection though!

For the single flare, can you add a rubber o-ring to the back to keep them secure in your lobes?
@Tronderose3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I always do that. I just didn't bother putting them on for this video :')

I'm so sorry I'm late to this haul, your plugs are gorgeous! I just reached 8mm's myself and desperately needed some inspiration for jewellery. You, are beautiful and incredibly diverse and I'm grateful to have stumbled across you! Subbed immediately

hello.are you able to wear double flare plugs now?if yes how is it?is it hard to put on and take off?they say better stay away from double flare plug if your hole is below 14mm
@Tronderose Жыл бұрын
I haven't tried any double flares lately, but I was able to pull my single flare right through, so in theory they should fit!

Can I ask why you remove your metal plugs before showering? Do you remove all your jewelry before showering?! I keep all mine in but I only wear titanium in my piercings, and usually stone in my lobes. I've never had steel rust or anything though!
@Tronderose3 жыл бұрын
The metal plugs are not titanium and could have a chance to rust. I think it could also affect the screw part since the water can easily get trapped inside of it. The parts that have the shell inlays etc could get loose if they're attached with glue or whatnot, and plated jewelry have a greater chance of the outer layer wearing off quicker than with normal wear. Any silver jewelry that I've had has always come with care instruction cards that say "don't get wet" so I've always avoided it out of habit. i don't remove my other earrings since they're cheap and have no gems/stones/inlays and are easy to replace if they get damaged, but for expensive jewelry -especially with adornments, it's not worth the risk.

First off, nice collection, ur absolutely gorgeous and ur plugs look good on you. But when I heard you mention the thickness of the plugs, people like me need em' thick, because I have these really thick ear lobes. I once bought a pair of tunnels and they didn't fit all the way through for the screw on... That's how thick my ear lobes are, I need the tunnels and plugs to be a tad longer sadly, so I mean at least u can wear longer jewlry and it'll still look good, I can't wear jewlry that's too short otherwise it's just gonna keep falling out, even if it's double flared, ima end up have the flare on the back end sitting inside my ear hole which is definitely a big no no. 😅

Thank you! And that's true, although from the plugs I've had it's usually the glass or stone ones that are long, while the screwbacks who should have longer options are the short ones :/
@walkingcorpse12243 жыл бұрын
@@Tronderose Yessss!!! That's absolutely true, and when I wear stones and glass, I literally take up the whole wearable area! Every double flared stone and glass plug I own fits all snug in my ears! 😂 And I'm at a 22mm, honestly, I thought my ears would've been all thinned out by this point, but I'm glad they haven't been thinning at all. 😅

Single flares are not better it's a biased belief. And stome plugs aren't heavy enough to stretch your ears... But to loosen a bit use a hot cloth or hot shower and pop the DFs in. You can also wear weights. But yeah i guess you are very new to ear stretching because you wouldn't Say a lot of the wrong things you think....

What's best is very individual! Some have stretchier skin than others. I've had mine for 2 years now (same size for 1y I think) and I still can't fit any of the doubleflares I own. Stone plugs are definitely heavy enough to stretch your ears over time. People use both stone and glass while stretching for that exact purpose. Even women wearing dangly earrings over time have the hole get bigger and more droopy and can in extreme cases cut through the skin because of the weight.
