You know I'm in agreement with Benny Mackurthy, that is why I always tell people that the coach's work is on the bench. You know and off the field of play, that is where his heavy duties are. You know but the biggest duties, are in the hands and on the shoulders of the players on the field of play. You know and those players, who will be playing as substitutes.
