Other than that if your enemy build offensive, make sure you punish them by skipping RoA. Skipping RoA makes your enemy get one shot early at lv 9 kassadin. In conclusion build RoA if you feel so useless and just farm to scale at late game, skip that thing if you feel you can carry the game earlier. I'm still glad that they buff RoA but i'll skip that build most of time since i kept winning using my own strats.

I understand your point, but sometimes it's nice to play the old fashioned way, especially when many of my games drag on.
