this song has been on my list of favorites for the past 15 years. the banjo the chello and the vilolin have always held a special place.

_I remember when Gerry recorded this one...When it came out I thought he over did the gimmicky stuff...but I have grown to love it..The very best banjo player in Ireland in my opinion also a good fiddle player_

someone here said he over does the triplets,,,,,thats just cause you cant do them,,greatest banjo player ever so get real,im also from tipp and play banjo an il tell you if i could play quarter as good as this id be a very happy man ,,gerry your a legend

He really does over do the triplets and its not just because people cant do them its because you lose the actual melody of the tune it becomes lost
