It was dude. It was near the death of me today. I brought my hr up to 190bpm on the first kicker and never recovered.. 🤣

@doomguyzwifting it was harder last week bud. But I think I gave too much on the first kicker,my hr went to 190 and I struggled to gather myself after that. That's the game. Everyday is a learning day.

Thanks Darren. I just realised we've the same name. 😀..it was a tough course bud ..it was enjoyable too. I really like it. But I went too hard on the first kicker and blew myself up.
