In my opinion, YG did a terrible job handling the case, or they just didn't give a damn and simply moved on with other groups. It's obvious that they didn't give her enough support or protection. That was something she was prescribed after she watched her teammate die on the field of a soccer game in high school. The Korean TSA confiscated it and charged her; even after she offered to let them confiscate it and get a new legal prescription from a Korean doctor. Lets not compare a *misunderstanding* of prescribed medication to plagiarism, cocaine use, weed use ( _even if I think it's fine, both GD and TOP used it knowing full and well that it was illegal_ ), sex distribution, drug distribution and sexual misconduct. And that's *just* the things that BigBang has been looked into with over the last five years. Bom's "scandal" was something that literally any one of us could have had happen if we traveled abroad. You hear about proper packaging but are rarely told to check if the medications you're on are legal there. It was a misunderstanding, she had no idea that it was considered a narcotic there. The reason she left was because she decided her mental health was not worth being painted as "broken". Mental health is a joke to Korean's, they think you're weak if you see a therapist and that you're a druggie if you take medication for it. *That* is why she was "left in the dust". Sorry, but calling that a "scandal" is just a cop out to bully someone you don't like and paint them in a bad light so that your favorite artist can skip to their old position. YG Entertainment is a fucking joke and has been from the start; it dates all the way back to when he literally fucked up and entire girl group ( his first girl group ) just because he wanted to have the woman who is now his wife. He doesn't care about talent and his artists lives. The artists there deserve better and are talented, yes; but that doesn't change the fact that YG himself is a snake and that most of his artists have fallen into *_illegal_* scandals. Look at any artist who left the company, they're better off because of it. That was the point the OP was trying to make.
