Muda is the asylum of corruption and red tapism,which kept in darkness for long time, because of the political impact of the CM as opposition leader, deputy CM. In public life he behaves as if he is second Hiter of Karnataka. This is amply proved in his behaviour with the officials ,public, and media persons. when questions are raised by media persons, he answers in fit anger and obsession. This is very unfair. He claims to be an advocate. Should he not simple he not have simple knowledge of the rules and regulations passed by the govt of India and state., and that too being a CM. He should be ashamed to make such statements before public.His pleading of being innocent and ignorant of laws, amount to nice cheating,. All these facts have come to the knowledge of the through media, lest these problems could have been digested by siddanna. Finding a prima case of cheating by CM ,the governor has granted permission to prosecute the CM. The courts generally do not interfere in the orders a Governor, as he represents the president of India. I am sure the application of the CM shall definitely rejected both by High court and supreme court. This is only a game killing tme.when courts reject his applications, he is bound to tender resignation, when similar situation was faced by yediyurappa, forthwith he submitted his resignation and subsequently arrested. Similar action and arrest of siddanna, also is awaited. All this mega drama by congress is undesirable and intolerable. We do not have separate scales justice for siddanna and yediyurappa. Further, it is most ridiculous on the part of CM to plead his ignorance of misuse of 187 crores of Valmiki funds, exclusively devoted for the poorest sections of society. Sc funds are misused. They is unbeatable corruption in transfers in veda soudha. There are reports of misappropriation funds in many other departments. What moral right CM is having to continue in the office as CM? If he is having any respect for the law, he must tender resignation. Or he will be thrown out of the office by his arrest.
