How to claim to compensation for delayed baggages

Spicejet damaged our baggage and items were missing. We raised complaint with them, also with Airsewa and Ministry of civil aviation on CPGRAMS. Still spicejet is not compensating fully. They are offering 2000 RS only even though we are at a greater loss. Please let us know if there are any other means to complain against the airlines and get compensation from them.

Half information is dangerous. Please do mentioned these cases needs to be reported at the arrival. Tbhi you can avail the compensation. No cases are entertained without any report.
