The state-owned property "Haroldstrasse 5" is located in the city center of the state capital Düsseldorf, in the Unterbilk district on the edge of the Carlstadt district. The former Ministry of the Interior, an eight-story building with access facilities and an underground car park, is currently located there. In the future, two separate buildings are to be built on the property, an administrative center for the state administration of North Rhine-Westphalia and a new building for the NRW.BANK.
