What people in the Philippines don't realize is buying a Home in the West is so much different...6 years ago I bought a house in Mexico for $86,000 USD and now it's worth $325,000 USD .. It's a 3000 SQ ft house with 6 bedroom...there is no way you can do this in the Philippines...

Wrong po kayo sa under mortgage, your house is totally yours although nasakanila ung mortgage nyo. You are giving the bank a mortgage because you are paying them a cost and interest, not the bank giving you a mortgage 🤎✨🏡 so the house is TOTALLY YOURS😌🙏🏼

I'm already PR here in Canada and just another year will applying for my Citizenship. But, as of now i'm still renting an apartment suite in B.C. with everything going up it's very difficult to maintain and considering of going back as room renter

Bank of Canada is 4.5%. Banks mortgage rates are tens to be higher cuz they have to make money from lending you money. Plus if your DP is 5% thennyou are considered high ratio mortgage which automatically put you on a mortgage insurance in case for default.

alberta is totally different from vancouver 😂 were all of the fees behind of having a house is too expensive in vancouver. having a house 20 years ago in vancouver is far different from having house today in vancouver.😂 it is way too expensive today. latest news that vancouver have just increased the property tax. Alberta only has 5% tax. They had more money goes to their pocket.why not ask your children if they can buy a landed house in vancouver? typical filipino.

Buying a house in Canada is easy ,but what people don't realize is to own a house is a lot of responsibility.Your monthly mortgage,your electricity bill,your water bill,your property biil..Winter time you have to shovel your driveway and the front of your house,just so you can bring out your car from the garage to drive to work.Snow shovelling is back breaking ,worst of it is freezing ,you drive your car slowly literally like a crawl ,If your water pipes are frozen because of the snow which turn into ice ,your pipes ends up frozen and breaks.Every broken stuff you have to fix,you call the repairman.,and they are not cheap.
