This program introduces a 40-movement routine for Ziwu Yuanyang Yue, a weapon unique to Bagua Zhang (Eight Diagram Palm). The exercise methods and combat applications are included. Ziwu Yuanyang Yue are a pair of short weapons, and have many twists and changes when performed. This form will strengthen the body and increase self-defense skills.

Perhaps you, harmoniousembodiment7203, are infatuated with a movie stereotype of a mysterious approach such as exotic, flowing movement without explanations but making such a video of that kind of showing off does not benefit anyone, explanations and breakdowns are more beneficial, most mediocre practitioners can pick up a martial arts weapon and free flow with it, but it takes humility to learn a routine from a qualified teacher.
