Mr Khadem.Blessed soul and ardent lover of Shoghi Effendi .He came to Dominica in 1983 to form first National Spiritual Assembly of Dominica on behalf of Universal House of Justice .so fragile ,illumined,almost translucent in spirit. Honoured to be there as a pioneerfamily.We were living in the village of St Joseph about 12 miles from the capital .19 Baha’is ,including us ,came to National Convention from this village by public transportation .He kissed our 4 year old son Daniel .Counsellor Ruth Pringle accompanied him and cared for him.Our daughter Hannah Baha’i’yyah was 18 months old and used to sing the Short Obligatory Prayer when souls declared their belief in Baha’u’llah after going out teaching .Many souls declared as Baha’is during that time .The Baha’i population was about 1000 out of a population of 78,000
