8 लाख का हिसाब, ट्रायल, कोर्ट मे करना था। वही साक्ष्य के रुप मे हाई कोर्ट मे पेश करना था। सभी दस्तावेज ट्रायल कोर्ट मे पेश करना चाहिए, ट्रायल कोर्ट केआदेश के बाद अपील करना था या पिटीशन, जजसाहब बहुत अच्छे है जो जेब के कागज भी देख रहे है जबकी हाई कोर्ट में यह नही चलता,

Government should assist poor people who want justice. Merely one is poor or having not knowledge of law ,don't make one to deserve injustice Artificial intelligence technology should be implemented to help such people Screening of all documents written statements, affidavit, evidences etc must be ensured before final arguments. Infact basics of court proceedings should be taught in high school/ intermediate classes,otherwise यतो धर्मो तत्तो जयते Remain a passive slogan ,this noble slogan realisation is required in every suit. The Judge was logical as this issue does not come under his jurisdiction but then also he listened and he might come up with something that maybe there in his jurisdiction but in vain. And also Judge was right, he didn’t present any of the proofs that made his case strong. And according to that if you do not have proofs then the court is handcuffed and cannot act without a proper path.
