Hi @butthegreatestislove... We have a friend living in deca. Honest opinion and just our insights: for a new and small families better po magdeca paying it monthly than renting. Once fully paid and you have enough budget to get a new house for a growing family, you can rent it out as your passive income. Convenient sa transpo, flood free and with 24hrs security. Kahit na lumipat pa kayo ng ibang province or planning to go abroad someday still you have a unit for rent. Take care always and thank you for watching :)
