I want to share some exciting news about The Bahia Mar Double Tree, on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Hi! My name is Joe and I used to work at the front desk of Bahia Mar many, many moons ago. The city of Fort Lauderdale just approved a new development at Bahia Mar. It will consist of four condo towers and a brand-new five-star hotel. You may not have noticed but on the west side of the property is a huge marina. Many large and famous yachts dock there every year. That will stay as it is but there will be a promenade-like park circling the whole property for the general public to use. You can read about it further by just googling Bahia Mar's development in Fort Lauderdale. I hope you get to make a second visit to Bahia Mar when it is finished, sometime in 2025. Pre-sale condos may start around 2024. I really enjoyed watching your video!
