How was the resort crowd. We were there in January during covid stuff and it was so nice and uncrowded. Heading back in 9 days. Hoping it will be the same.

Its uncrowded at the moment they even closed the Las Olas restaurant because of low capacity and it's so easy to get a sunbed and make reservations at the speciality restaurant but when I was leaving this morning 5 coaches came with new guests so it may start getting busier. The one thing I noticed with this and the regular side is that the rooms and furniture are the same with the exception of the color scheme. Dark colors on rhe regular side and bright, light colors on the luxury side. Identical layout and furniture design. It's almost like they asked the furniture manufacturer to make half in white and half in black. Lol

We just asked for rum as we prefer rum to vodka (we expected it to be swapped but got both) every time we ran out of something the next day it was replaced. We never ran out of water but I'm sure they would accommodate your request for more. 😁

Hi we asked for a limited sea view, we also asked for a high floor but ended up on the ground floor so we asked to be moved and they moved us the next day. Thanks for watching 💝

What floor were you on? Why did you need to change rooms?

I had emailed the hotel asking for a high floor, we were given the 2nd floor, it was a nice view but I wanted to be higher. We were then given a room on the 4th floor which had a better view. The best view is from the 7th floor in my opinion 😃 thanks for your comment & keep a look out for my mini series on the resort coming soon. 😁

Good evening I booked this hotel through a travel agent here in the UK. So depending on where you are traveling from it will be different prices, if you Google the resort for the website I'm sure the prices will be on there. Hope this helps.

Hi is the beach private?

The beach is in a secluded area (about 3/4 beaches to choose from) I only noticed guests using the beach, no locals, having said that they are just a couple of locals trying to sell you items and the lobster man came in every lunch time on his raft which was great to see.

I would probably reach out to the hotel itself and ask directly. I stayed for 14 nights. It could be that the hotel has a minimum stay restrictions.
