Just came home from this hotel last Wednesday. It's a fantastic hotel that many choose to return time and time again. The food and staff are great too. A perfect place to unwind.

Thanks for sharing your experience where was your favourite place to relax in the hotel? Do you have any tips for people looking to go?

We were a family of 4 two children 11 and 14. The first pool you come to at the bottom of the gardens is the warmest pool. The next pool is the main activity pool where the entertainment team hang out. With a young family we really enjoyed this area but for those wanting something a bit quieter, the infinity pool is probably more suitable. We enjoyed the cocktails but we didn't realise that the cocktail bar actually offered different cocktails to the rest of the hotel until the second to last day. This really is a super hotel and the all inclusive really is just that. We've stayed at some shockers in mainland Europe where all inclusive customers share with half board customer and you're treated like second class citizens. This hotel goes all out to ensure you have a truly great experience. The only small negative is some parts are looking slightly dated but it wouldn't put us off from visiting again. (and again)

@paynelife7476 You should. The price isn't that much of a difference. I would recommend to stay in either Bahia Akumal or Bahia Sian Kaan. It's a massive complex.

Just got back from 17nts at Bahia principe Tulum… best hotel I’ve stayed in. Staff amazing and all recently renovated
