As a person who doesn't want to collect stuff, I do collect visits to Mosques so this is definitely on the list for the future. As is the beautiful Abu Dhabi mosque (when I go in December). That was a great suggestion of yours. A real treat from your host. Was he from Bahrain originally? I know someone may have asked but what was in the goody bags?

Another lovely mosque in that region. It's always nice to have a personal guide too. 😊. You'll really love the mosque there. 👍. Our host was a Philippino who has lived there many years so knows it well. The goodies were leftover cakes and treats from the bakery there. Breakfast and lunch sorted for the next day. 😊😋😊

I found the ocde of conduct and dress code very interesing. Even the non allowed clothing illustrations were very modest by UK standards.

Hello Carolina, and thank you for your great question! It was a real mixture... we stayed with a family in Medina, and didn't film any of them as respected their privacy, and nor did we film one of the 2 single male hosts in Jeddah... some people aren't as keen as us about being in front of a camera 😃🤗
