Before the stamp was required but due to the pandemic situation , no need to get the stamp in the book.directly after an online lecture you can start your practical classes @Fatima Mohammad.

Hello ... i have gotten the booklet but no Learner License card was provided, except for the receipt. And also i didnt fill up any form. How am i supposed to take those 4 documents for exam when it wasn't issued at all? Have they changed the procedure? Any information will be highly appreciated. Thank you

Dear students , due to covid some changes have been done so these days no forms to be filled and no learners cards are provided too...u just need to keep the docs which u got on your very first day of registration .your book and receipt and your cpr should be always with you. This video was recorded few months ago and the amendments for the documents have been recently changed. So I hope this helps..best of luck

Download app skiplino from App Store or Play store select option MOI Click Driving School Select option Issuance of Learning Licence Select the date and time as your wish Reach Isa town Driving School Go to reception, collect Application Form and fill it (required documents Passport copy CPR and one photo) Wait for the Calling, it indicated in the screen Pay 5BD for eye test Go to reception and collect ticket for the eye test Finish Eye test and wait for the Final procedure Again calling from the another agent, Pay 22BD collect the Learners driving licence Card and Booklet Watch the the theory class online (KZbin) Find a trainer and complete 22hours class Apply for the Test Collect the Licence after finishing the exam Enjoy the ride
