I think jb tk rimg road nahi aty idher ya motorway jo keh rhe hain bnne wali hai tub tk mamlat thanday hee rhengay lgta hai. Ya at least Navy apartments jb tk nahi occupy hote or commercial activity nahi barhty tub tk rate km rhengay. lekin construction material ki boht shops hai aas paas sue asal per jis se zahir hota hai k construction ka kaam ho rha hai iss side per kafi or ayenday kuch saal mai behtry ka imkaan hai. investment k lehaz se boht saste hain plots abhi bhi. or agke 2 se 4 saal mai mjhe lgta hai rate orchard ki terha yahan bhi barh jaengay. specially ager orchard phase 4 se road nikal den yeh. sirf 6 km ka distance hai orchard phase 4 or emc k darmyan.
