*Very meagre storage space in the kitchen *No security. *For 250sq yd house 10ft*12ft size bedrooms , 5ft*6ft bathrooms are very small. Too much space has been left around the house which could have been utilized to make the bedrooms, bathrooms and drawing room bigger and more spacious. * Windows are too big and compromise privacy of inmates. There is no grill outside windows hence security from theft is not guaranteed. * I would rate it poor. Bad planning. Builder has tried to fool buyers with impractical ceiling designs, which will demand difficult and time consuming maintenance. Poor layout, poor utilisation of space. Not suitable for the price quoted.
