Just like in Dubai, or American Suburbs, they should focus on High End, Economic Zones, and Industrial zones. Which will also help Pakistan economically. Imagine High Tech, Export Process Industrial clusters within Bahria Town, with good paying jobs, in IT, Electronics, Automobile manufacututing.

Lovely video. Some areas are developed like precinct 1, 2, 4. Golf city etc but kafi development baqi hai. Gradually aur religions ka lia bhi ibadat gahain bhi ban jaingay.

Very nice and informative video. I would like to suggest one thing. I am a Pakistani American, and I noticed one thing that is missing in all of Bahria Towns, that is there are no Clusters for Employment generation.

It will be a huge potential for Bahria Town, to develop Industrial clusters, like IT employment centers, Export Processing Zones, specially in Karachi Bahria Town, where people do not have to leave Bahria town, to go to their places of employment.

In all the modern Suburbs in US, which were developed on similar concepts of Suburbs, which Bahria Town adopted, the America Suburbs model, should also creat Employment Generation Zones, within its new cities.

Malir Riaz and team is trying hard to attract bussiness they have made office zone and commerical zones at Midway I have shown in 3rd part... but unfortunately all the buildings are empty and all the project came to halt due to high increase in construction cost

i have been to mumbai delhi and i can say this is alot difference you should come and check it yourself... its peaceful jo ke mumbai ya koi bhi metropolitan city nai hosakta... plus choti jigga hain its easy to maintain and sab inka khud ka hain they create their own electricity they have their own water supply.
