Hey..I have seen most of the time you use mustard paste in recipe..that’s good...For Rohu fish..you may try this way also..Put panch phoron in mustard oil..put fried vegetables.ginger paste.,dhaniya,garam masala,jeera paste,dhaniya patta(if you want )..once done put fish and salt to taste..am sure your kids will like it..Stay safe

Hiii di... Too many dishes and looks yummy too 😋😋😋 First of all Happy pokhala diwas to u nd ur family. The rice you cook nd then add curd in it... In Bihar we use to cook the rice in '" chhanchh"" and then after temper it with mustard seeds .cumin seeds red chhili nd curry leaves ...it's tastes so yummy.. And I want to give you some suggestions if don't mind it...and I also apologize you if you don't like it ..my grandmother.mothers..like to say that in early morning nvr cook the rice first on the stove it's not good..always boil milk or cook vegetables or any other items bt rice never.. I hope u will don't mind.. sorry once again
