@@thecraftloftllci ordered 2 of these. Will pick if up next week. I can’t find a video on when they lift the machine into the stand. Is there any screws or any pad the goes before i lift it on top of the stand? It’s very heavy i want to do it right once 😅

@jdsan2636 hi! Yes there are 4 pads that go onto the stand before you put the head on. Once you have it lined up then there are 4 screws that go through the stand to attach the head.

Hello I just bought a v22 but I made the mistake of taking parts off in the attempt to making it lighter cause it was extremely heavy and difficult to get into my place would you be kind enough to send me photos of the different sides and angles I'm getting no help from the company

Is there a practical/technical advantage of the Vision over the Mirror design? How has your Mirror held up and how long have you been using it? I'm in the market for a new machine and am considering Bai.

Hi, I run mainly flats on my Mirror and hats on my V22. I've been running the Mirror for about 2 years with minimal issues. The vast majority were user error but the Bai team was quick to help rectify them. The new M22 which is the upgraded Mirror 1501 has the new software and tension system that the V22 has. It really depends on what you plan to do. If you are just starting then I would suggest the M22. If you have been embroidering for a while and already have a multi needle machine then the V22 would be my suggestion. The M22 does have a larger stitch field than the V22 though so if that is important to you it is something to consider.
