Your guide for young lawyers is superb... infact Banks also required good professional lawyer/advocate. Now a days challenges are more in the field of Baking field for lawyer. The distinguished work which is aligned on the shoulder of lawer is as follows:- * Legal openion for the property which is to be mortgaged. * civil suit filing in the matter of Default of repayment. may be in Civil court or DRT. (depends upon the quantum of loan default). * follow -up of the cases in court up to Decree or till EP. * lok adalats. * any other legal matters of the Bank which is pertaining to court or Police. * drafting of legal notice for the repayment of due amount. These all are paid services.once you have good relationship with Branch head you eill get empanelled easily. There is circular in Bank for the payment of services which is good , but lawyers are earning much beyond. I am working as a Sr. Manager in canara Bank.
