This game has really hilarious character and item descriptions if you look hard it's really funny. I always liked Desco's class, I think they called her "final boss".

How do you unlock the postlude 3?

It's been a while since I played it, but I think beat the game, then do post-game and check the Dark Assembly for any bills and pass bills to unlock these levels. Sometimes you need to unlock earlier bills to get new ones to appear.
