How do you unlock the postlude 3?

Hmm not sure off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure you need to unlock the Carnage Dimension for postlude 3 to also unlock. I found this useful resource - www.reddit.com/r/Disgaea/comments/17ato16/how_do_i_unlock_carnage_dimension/ .

It's been a while since I played it, but I think beat the game, then do post-game and check the Dark Assembly for any bills and pass bills to unlock these levels. Sometimes you need to unlock earlier bills to get new ones to appear.
