Bailee Madison Interview: Alex's Original Lemonade Stand 2013

Alex's "Original" Lemonade Stand took place on June 8, 2013 (the Saturday of National Lemonade Days), at Alex's former school, Penn Wynne Elementary School. Alex Scott's friends and family have continued to hold her stand in the Wynnewood community every June; the event commemorates Alex's original dream of finding a cure for childhood cancer.
Actress and Foundation Youth Spokesperson, Bailee Madison was also in attendance at the "stand that started it all". Bailee has shown tremendous support for the fight against childhood cancer. At the event, she received an award from Liz and Jay Scott (Alex's parents) on behalf of the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
The fun-filled event included face-painting, food, raffles, music, games, crafts, and a butterfly release, which honored and recognized all children effected by cancer.
