Baileigh Industrial MB-350 Mandrel Bender: Bending 2" 16 gauge tubing on a 2D CLR.
The MB-350 Mandrel Exhaust Bender is perfect for bending tight radi (down to 1-1/2 times the OD) of round tube and pipe, as well as square tubing.
This mandrel bender is designed, manufactured and assembled in the USA, specifically for exhaust maufacturers and small fabricators who want to be able to bend from 1" (25.4mm) up to 3" (76.2mm) OD in mild and stainless steel round tubing and have control of all 3 bending axis (X,Y,Z, distance between bends, bend angle and rotation.)
* This mandrel exhaust bender is good for small to medium production runs. The simple design, heavy construction and easy to use operator interface allows for quick change overs, quality bends and quick production cycles.
The machine includes:
* Touch screen operator interface with capability to program up to 140 programs, with up to 10 bends per program.(Y axis)
* 3 metre bed
* Rotary positioning carriage on 3 metre bed to control X and Z axis (distance between bend and rotation of bend)
* Tooling is additional, and specific to material and job but consists of: 1 - Rotary Bending Die; 2 - Clamp Die; 3- Pressure Die; 4 - Mandrel; 5 - Wiper Die
* 6 bending speeds, quickest 0-180 degrees is 16 seconds

What happens if your blueprints uses points coordinates. How would you figure out the true length, rotation and the bend angle.

I run a wallace.and a williams and white hydrolic mandrel bending machines..i like the precision of ur gear.a little slow a too clean for my taste..lol.kidding..awsome rig..thanks for video
