I feel like Bailey's exit from teh hospital was foretold long ago when she had that breakdown in season 9 and it took Meredith needing her to operate on her after she gave birth to Bailey - and then her heart attack a few seasons ago - that there were little pieces that foretold Bailey needing a break like this scattered throughout the seasons.

Yeah, beside all the things that fans say about Bailey, whether they like her or not, we can’t ignore that fact that she has been through a lot and seen a lot, and in a way kept her feelings to herself. Meredith is a WAY better chief than Bailey, the issue was Bailey let herself be manipulated and turned into Catherine Avery’s lap dog and mouthpiece at Grey Sloan. She was more petty than pragmatic, and allowed her jealousy more than once to cloud her decisions as Chief of Surgery. Bailey didn’t have a real plan to move Grey Sloan forward. She just took orders, not asking or taking consideration from anyone else around her who would actually be affected by them. Backstabbing Richard was the final straw for me with Bailey though. Meredith knows when to be pragmatic and when to be personal with staff, she is an innovator by nature, she knows how to be calm under pressure, she understands loyalty, and she knows how to separate personal grievances from her position. Bailey was a good teacher, but a horrible chief. Bailey should come back as an attending, but not chief.

@@jaynellprice229 he gave a soldier medicine to assist him in a physician assisted death. It was technically done beneath the table and then Hayes quit because he didn’t want to turn Owen in and it was too unethical for him to stay on. So Bailey gave them time to run to figure out their next move. But apparently they paid a bunch of money for a good lawyer, and owen walked away with no jail time, kept his license, but is on a long probation.

Didn't she make a room full of green plants cuz it helps recovering, and a blue room for certain types of therapy, and a oxigen chamber for burn treatment or smth? She was heading up to changes

@@h5y878 Nope, that was Maggie's idea, she wanted to check if these things actually work. Bailey allowed it but it wasn't her idea. The oxygen room was her idea, yes, but it's about the patients, not about the doctors. She, like everyone else in this hospital, never really gave a damn about the interns and residents emotional well being. Non of them did, so Nick is different about it.

She is not jealous of Meredith she is mad that when she tried to do something to make the hospital more fun for residents and the hospital it was complained about but when some white guy from Minnesota decides to do it it is just amazing

Jo's kid is Luna, she adopted her after her mother, a patient in the hospital died. Bailey's kid is Pru, her dad worked as a firefighter with Warren but he died, so Bailey and Warren took her in(her biological mother abandoned her when she was few days old).
