L&P, formerly known as Lemon and Paeroa, used to be my favourite softdrink. Paeroa is a small North lsland town famous for it's mineral springs. They carbonated the water, put lemon with it and created a little bit of magic. Spent 20 years overseas and it was the first drink l bought when l came home. Absolutely gutted to discover that, in the meantime, it had been bought by Coca-Cola corporation who had turned it into some generic vileness made on the same production line as all their other stuff and not even with water from Paeroa anymore.
