being french, i know the brand Avene really well, and this is definitely a spray can of water 😭so no, it won't fix your makeup nor make it last longer but it is made for summer ! You are supposed to spray it all over your face and on some parts of your body when you can no longer handle the heat outside, it feels sooooo goooood we love it during heatwaves. byeeeee
